Ethical propositions are statements that define the existential dimensions of human beings in relation to the notions of “good,” “evil,” “ought,” “ought not,” “right,” “wrong,” and “duty or responsibility.” These propositions operate as the very spirit running through the structure of Islamic governance.<br /><br />This study, using a documentary (literature‑based) method, investigates the question: “Which ethical propositions does Islamic governance emphasize in family interactions?”<br /><br />Findings indicate that Islamic governance pays attention to practical ethics at three main levels:<br /><br />Foundational propositions, which concern the moral training of both officials and citizens;<br />Family‑system propositions, which focus on intra‑family relations such as marital and parental interactions; and<br />Governance‑family interaction propositions, encompassing ethical strategies for policymaking and family support.<br />Together, these three levels constitute the ethical charter of Islamic governance in the sphere of family life. They are richly evidenced in religious sources, and their integration into a unified framework is deemed essential for realizing a stable and sustainable family within the Islamic society. حکمرانی اسلامی، برخلاف بسیاری از نظام‌های مبتنی‌بر قانون‌گرایی صرف، بر تلفیق اصول اخلاقی با سازوکارهای حکومتی تأکید دارد؛ به‌ویژه در حوزهٔ خانواده که نهادی ارزش‌محور و اخلاق‌مدار تلقی می‌شود. گزاره‌های اخلاقی، قضایایی هستند که ابعاد وجودی انسان را در ارتباط با مفاهیم «خوب»، «بد»، «باید»، «نباید»، «درست»، «نادرست» و «وظیفه یا مسئولیت» تبیین می‌کنند و همچون روحی در کالبد حکمرانی اسلامی جریان دارند. این پژوهش با روش اسنادی، به بررسی این پرسش پرداخته است که: «حکمرانی اسلامی بر کدام گزاره‌های اخلاقی در تعاملات خانوادگی تأکید دارد؟»<br />یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که حکمرانی اسلامی در سه سطح اصلی به اخلاق کاربردی توجه دارد: 1) گزاره‌های زمینه‌ساز که ناظر به تربیت اخلاقی کارگزاران و شهروندان‌اند؛ 2) گزاره‌های منظومهٔ خانواده که بر روابط درون‌خانوادگی مانند تعاملات زوجین و والدینی تمرکز دارند و 3) گزاره‌های مرتبط با تعاملات حاکمیت و خانواده که راهبردهای اخلاقی در سیاست‌گذاری و حمایت از خانواده را شامل می‌شوند. این سه سطح در کنار یکدیگر، منشور اخلاقی حکمرانی اسلامی در حوزهٔ خانواده را شکل می‌دهند و در منابع دینی دارای شواهد و مصادیق متعدد هستند. تلفیق این سطوح در قالب یک نظام یکپارچه، شرط تحقق خانواده‌ای پایدار در جامعهٔ اسلامی است. https://akhlagh.morsalat.ir/article_80106_89d7774649db5f0ef1b00780756dcd6e.pdf
