In this article, using an analytical-descriptive method and with the aim of realizing a moral life in line with strengthening the foundation of the family, the arguments for and against the right of a man to polygamy have been examined. The results show that extra-religious and intra-religious arguments are ineffective in issuing a general ruling, and the proposed solution is to analyze the situation and detail the ruling. Analyzing the situation of the moral agent is to assess his situation by considering all existing conditions; Therefore, to analyze the circumstances in which the moral agent (couple) faces such a dilemma, five components can be examined: 1) the moral agent's awareness of infertility treatment with assisted reproductive methods, 2) the moral agent's (man's) ability to justify the first wife in an epistemological sense, 3) the time of choosing the second wife, 4) the man's occupational characteristics, and 5) the prevailing culture in some regions. چکیده<br />حفظ سلامتِ فرد، اصل کرامت انسانی و اصل انصاف از اصول اخلاقی هستند که پیاده‌سازیِ این اصول برای زوجه‌ای که قدرت باروری ندارد، با حقِ تعدد زوجات، که حق قانونی و حقِ شرعیِ زوج است، در تزاحم است و این تزاحمات بین زوجین، سلامتِ همه‌ی اعضای خانواده را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد؛ لذا پژوهش حاضر به حلّ این مسأله می‌پردازد که: راه-کار اخلاقیِ تزاحم بین حقوق اخلاقی زن با حق تعدد زوجات همسر چیست؟ در این نوشتار به روش تحلیلی-توصیفی و با هدف ِ تحققِ زیست اخلاقی در راستای استحکام بنیان خانواده، استدلال‌های موافق و مخالفِ حقِ تعدد زوجاتِ مرد بررسی شده‌است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که ادله‌ی برون‌دینی و درون‌دینی به جهت صدور حکم کلی، ناکارآمد هستند و راه‌حل پیشنهادی، تحلیل وضعیت و تفصیل حکم است. تحلیل وضعیتِ فاعل اخلاقی به موقعیت‌سنجیِ او با لحاظ کردنِ تمام شرایطِ موجود است؛ لذا برای احصاء شرایطی که فاعل‌اخلاقی(زوج) با چنین دوراهه‌ای روبرو است، پنج مؤلفه را مورد می‌توان بررسی قرار داد: یک) آگاهیِ فاعل‌اخلاقی از درمان ناباروری با روش‌های کمک‌ باروری، دو) توانمندبودنِ فاعل‌اخلاقی (مرد) در توجیه‌کردنِ همسر اول به جهت معرفتی، سه) زمان انتخاب همسر دوم، چهار) ویژگی‌های شغلیِ مرد و پنج) فرهنگ حاکم در بعضی مناطق. https://akhlagh.morsalat.ir/article_80109_011bff7eab5a84be4c70ee5589c648df.pdf
