The research method was qualitative content analysis of the verses of the Holy Quran and authoritative commentaries. The findings revealed a hierarchical and integrated model that, at the fundamental level, is based on the educator's belief in human agency and nature, the inherent meaningfulness of educational action, and the primacy of cultivation over teaching. These intellectual foundations are manifested at the intermediate level in the form of objective behaviors of clear reasoning, practical role modeling, deliberative consultation, and wise motivation. Ultimately, these two levels lead at the highest level to a sustainable way of being that is characterized by a calm and authentic presence, structured patience, and sincerity and humility. The results show that true transformation is the result of the dynamic harmony of these three layers within the coach, which provides a comprehensive and practical model for training coaches in the present era. در حوزه اخلاق کاربردی، تربیت مربیان تحول‌آفرین از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی مدل اخلاق کاربردی مربی تحول‌آفرین در قرآن کریم بر اساس چارچوب سه‌بعدی آگیلار انجام شد. روش تحقیق، تحلیل محتوای کیفی آیات قرآن کریم و تفاسیر معتبر بود. یافته‌ها یک مدل سلسله‌مراتبی و یکپارچه را نشان داد که در سطح بنیادین، باور مربی بر اختیار و فطرت انسان، معناداری ذاتی کنش تربیتی و تقدم تزکیه بر تعلیم استوار است. این مبانی فکری در سطح میانی، در قالب رفتارهای عینی استدلال‌گری روشن، الگوبودگی عملی، رایزنی مشورتی و انگیزه‌بخشی حکیمانه متجلی می‌شود. در نهایت، این دو سطح در والاترین مرتبه به یک شیوه بودن پایدار می‌انجامد که با حضور آرام و اصیل، صبر ساختاریافته و اخلاص و فروتنی مشخص می‌گردد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد تحول‌آفرینی واقعی در حوزه اخلاق کاربردی، حاصل هم‌نوایی پویای این سه لایه در وجود مربی است که الگویی جامع و کاربردی برای تربیت مربیان در عصر حاضر ارائه می‌دهد. https://akhlagh.morsalat.ir/article_80453_1a0c57cbb3efa74fd0b05671b80697ae.pdf
