Abstract

Missionary women have a significant impact on reforming the lifestyle and beliefs of Muslim families, especially girls and women in the Islamic society. One of the criticisms raised in the real and virtual space in this regard is related to the communication ethics of missionary women during preaching activities, which are sometimes attributed to some behavioral harms. Considering the importance of the moral position of missionary women, it is necessary to examine these criticisms and what are the harms raised and measure their frequency. The current research has dealt with this issue with the combined qualitative-quantitative method; in the first phase, in the qualitative phase, the harms have been identified, and in the second phase, in the quantitative phase, the extent of its spread in the field of missionary women's propaganda has been evaluated. The findings indicate that although there are damages in the communication ethics of women based on the evidence based on the experience of the preachers, there are harms in relation to the listeners, colleagues and men, but its extent is not confirmed by statistical tests.
