The virtual space is a unique and unique environment, which with features such as attractiveness and attraction, high speed of exchanges, anonymity of people, transtemporal and translocality, etc. . It faced tremendous developments that once made it impossible. At the same time, the negative effects of cyberspace on people's lives should not be neglected. Virtual user privacy is one of the areas of virtual space that is derived from the special features of this environment.The issue of dealing with the violation of privacy in the cyberspace is one of the issues that, despite the efforts of the governments, has not been very successful and the violation of the privacy of people in the cyberspace still exists in the highest possible way. On the other hand, in the words and behavior of Hazrat Ali (AS), the right to privacy was respected and he was sensitive to its protection and protection.His words in the noble book of Nahj al-Balagha are a good proof of this issue. This research aims to extract ethical solutions and policies for privacy protection from the spirit of the words of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS), so that by following them, the privacy of people in the cyber space will be protected from the invasion and influence of others. Preservation of privacy is an ethical issue and mostly ethical solutions seek to solve the challenges of this ethical issue.
