[English]

One of the key tools for human resource managers in making effective decisions is decision support systems; therefore, this research was conducted in a meta-synthesis manner with the aim of identifying effective ethical components in human resource management with reference to the decision support system. In the present study, articles related to the research question were reviewed between 2000 and 2024. The sources of this article were obtained from citation databases, including ISC, Google Scholar, SID, Science Direct, JStore, and Web of Science. Finally, 111 articles were selected and the full text of 69 articles was analyzed. The findings showed that the effective ethical components in human resource management, referring to the decision-making support system, can be analyzed in two dimensions: relationship with employees (impartiality and fairness in evaluation, transparency in information provision, privacy protection, responsibility and accountability, moral development and learning, support for balance, fairness, attention to safety, observance of individual and fundamental rights of employees, attention to competence, honesty, avoidance of conflicts) and relationship with the organization (increasing organizational efficiency and justice, maintaining information security, strengthening public trust, transparency in decision-making processes, creating an ethical organizational culture, compliance with the law, ethical knowledge, non-bias).The results showed that ethical features in decision support systems improve decision-making processes, increase efficiency, and create a fair and trust-based environment among employees and managers.
