The present study aims to investigate the conduct of religious leaders in the moral education of children aged 7 to 15. To this end, Islamic texts (particularly narrative sources) were examined using a descriptive-analytical method based on a practical approach. The collection and analysis of narrations related to this topic in the conduct of religious leaders indicate that this age range corresponds to the second stage of the child-rearing system, namely the education stage. During this stage, children learn commendable moral traits and avoid ethical and behavioral deviations. The conduct of religious leaders in the moral education of children aged 7 to 15 encompasses a diverse range of narrations with valuable teachings, providing educators with a comprehensive framework. Accordingly, achieving moral education for this group, particularly adolescents, requires adherence to certain ethical principles, the most significant of which is leniency in teaching religious duties, especially prayer. Furthermore, appropriate encouragement, constructive discipline accompanied by measured advice, timely guidance, avoiding reprimands in front of others, and consciously overlooking their minor and unintentional mistakes play a crucial role in improving and fostering their appropriate behavior. Additionally, engaging in play with them, coupled with affection, respect, and keeping promises, fosters a connection with them. Providing suitable role models, guiding them in choosing good friends, and offering clear and simple answers to their religious questions will assist them in learning and discovering the proper way of life.
