Religious propagation in cyberspace has gained significant importance due to the vast audience and communication opportunities; however, it simultaneously faces numerous ethical challenges and conflicts. The main issue of this study is to examine the ethical conflicts in religious propagation within cyberspace and to provide practical and ethical solutions to address them. The research aims to identify conflicts related to the elements of propagation (the propagator, the audience, the message, and the tools) and to develop strategies based on applied ethics and intelligent management of these conflicts. The research method is descriptive-analytical, relying on literature review and ethical analysis of issues in religious propagation in cyberspace. The findings indicate conflicts such as the necessity of the presence of propagators in cyberspace versus the risk of addiction, diversity of audience tastes and needs, the conflict between message transparency and privacy preservation, and the contradiction between participation in foreign social networks and the principle of avoiding enemy domination. Proposed solutions include purposeful presence and organized teamwork of propagators, specialization and return to human principles, separation of private life from social affairs in messaging, and support for domestic social networks alongside advocacy from the government. These results can provide effective guidance for planning religious propagation in cyberspace.
