Digital age has relied on information technologies to provide opportunity for presence of people and information products on the Internet and social networks. The deaths of users will take up a lot of web space. Business start-up companies aiming to make money, doing business with the title of the posthumous digital industry (DIA). The purpose of this article is to describe the digital industry after death and its services and to explain the need for an ethical framework for this industry. The present research is a documentary or library document and a conceptual analysis approach has been used for the study. Based on the research findings DIA means the digital afterlife industry, covering the following four groups of afterlife services: 1. Information management services 2. Posthumous Messaging Services 3. Online memorial services 4. Recreational services. Start-up companies Enhances the continuity of life after death in the digital space. Maintaining or deleting users in the digital space requires specific policies and ethical frameworks from these companies to ensure their human dignity, privacy and other ethical issues. Development and growth of post-mortem digital debris on social media raises complex ethical issues that need careful scrutiny.
